Shipping

The average delivery time for our packages is 6–10 business days after your order has been processed. If you haven’t received your package within 12 business days, please contact us at customer@nestaka.com

As soon as your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. It takes about 8 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take a few days for your tracking information to become active. You can track your order via the Track your order page.

In most cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there may be delays in the delivery process. If you have not received your order two days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. (Please note that delivery times are based on business days, weekends are not included.)

You can return your order up to 14 days after receiving it.

We will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 7 working days of receiving the return shipment.
